I'm a bit of a hippy at heart but don't let that fool you into thinking I'm a soft touch! I am very passionate about birth rights, informed consent, and ensuring that every woman and birthing person has the information and support they need to make choices that feel right for them — without pressure or judgement. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected throughout their maternity journey and I am can be a fierce advocate if needed!
Before becoming a doula, I worked within maternity services, which gave me valuable insight into the realities of pregnancy and birth care, as well as the importance of advocacy and compassionate support. I have experience supporting a wide range of births, both inside the NHS and as a Doula, including home births, hospital births, induction journeys, caesarean births, VBACs, HBACs and freebirths. No two births are ever the same, and I approach each one with openness, flexibility, and respect for your individual experience.
I also have advanced training in breastfeeding education and feel strongly about supporting parents to feel confident and well-prepared for feeding their baby, whatever their feeding journey looks like. I offer practical education and guidance alongside emotional reassurance, helping you feel supported during those early days of adjustment.
Above all, I aim to be a steady presence — someone who listens deeply, holds space, and supports you to feel informed, empowered, and cared for as you prepare to meet your baby and step into parenthood.
