Reiki is a system of healing and a spiritual practice, founded in Japan by Usui Mikao in the 1920's.
It has been passed down over the decades from Master to Student ever since, spreading the knowledge and wisdom of this beautiful modality with people around the world.
Reiki translates as 'spiritual energy' but it is much more than just a healing modality, it is a way of life.

Reiki Roots is HERE!
Level 1 Reiki Training in person in Northampton.
This foundational training starts you on your Reiki journey with the knowledge and skills to use Reiki as a healing modality on yourself and your loved ones.
Reiki is accessible to all and this 2 day course is suitable to anyone wishing to learn to use the energy to enhance their life.

Reiki Growth is HERE!
Level 2 Reiki Training in person in Northampton.
A deeper dive into Usui Mikao’s teachings is achieved during this course. At this level you are introduced to shirushi (symbols) and jumon (mantras).
This level will also support you in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner if that is your interest.

Reiki Rising is COMING SOON!
Master/Teacher level is the final level of the Usui Ryoho system of Reiki. Those that undertake this level have reached a point where they are seeking deeper knowledge and may have an interest in teaching their own students.
